Through the app, vendors can efficiently oversee upcoming schedules, access case specifics, monitor team members' status, and handle house and loaner trays effectively.

• Case Schedule: Users can easily access and review a detailed case schedule, including surgery information. For select hospitals, real-time intraoperative updates are available, such as incision timing and surgical progress.
• Case Pairing: Vendors are automatically matched with relevant cases based on customized rules set per territory. Additionally, they have the autonomy to accept or decline case assignments.
• Notifications: The application sends instant notifications to vendors regarding any new cases, cancellations, or modifications to surgical details.
• Tray Management: Vendors can efficiently report the required house and loaner trays for specific cases, ensuring hospitals are informed about expected equipment. Supported hospitals can select tray names from a comprehensive library for accurate tray identification.

The platform is also integrated with Torq Hospital Mobile for enhanced collaboration with hospitals.
